Recently, I came across a vacancy listing for customer service people.

I was doing software support for a company but they had to let me go a couple of weeks ago. The sales on the software had just fallen too low to keep me on the payroll. So I assumed it would be this way everywhere. It is good to hear they may be other opportunities for me still.
